C3 is a transitional chronicle between the first Lineage 2 years and the more polished C4. C3 servers keep the classic grind and early class balance, appealing to veterans who want something older than Interlude without going all the way back to C1.

When you pick a C3 server, look at the rate first: it decides how many hours the road to the level cap takes and what the endgame looks like. Then check how long the project has existed, how often it wipes and how many players vote for it. A fresh server with a clear opening date is usually the best moment to join, because everyone starts from the same point.
